Your privacy is important to us. We do not provide information collected to any third party. Information is used solely for shipping purposes or if we need to contact you regarding an order.
Aggregate information collected about what items are purchased most frequently is used to help us identify which products are more popular and which ones may need to be improved or discontinued.
Credit card payments are made through Shopify's merchant services, and credit card information is not stored by The Liath Fox.

Returns/Refunds
30-day time limit from date of order to request return and/or refund if you are not 100% satisfied, or if products are damaged during shipping. Please notify us of your concerns by emailing customerservice@theliathfox.ca. We require photos of damaged items and of damaged packaging.
Once we are aware of your concerns, we will discuss with you return/refund options based on nature of the product and of the issues(s.)
Returns will not be accepted for: 1) earrings, earring hooks, or earring hoops, 2) items assembled unless they were purchased pre-assembled, 3) items altered afer purchase or assembly, regardless of who assembled them, and 4) items that are used and/or soiled.
If we accept your return request, you must return the item(s) within 30 days of your order, and items must be returned by Canada Post or by Purolator. Refund will be issued once we receive the item(s) back provided following conditions are met: items are clean, unused, unaltered, and unassembled unless purchased preassembled, and items are securely packaged.
If you email us a copy of your shipping receipt and tracking number, we will reimburse your return shipping costs up to $15.00 CAD after we receive the item(s) back.
